Hurricane season was slow to start this year, but with back-to-back hurricanes hitting the US, having backup power to charge mobile devices is essential. I have another 150V unit that works well for that purpose, but I wanted something with more power to charge my laptop and keep my Internet service powered up.It's smaller than I thought it would be from looking at the pictures but was quite pleased when it arrived (size if a school lunch box). It charges up very quickly using the included power supply. It provides fast- charging via the single USB-C port and that is the only gripe I've found with it. It only has one USB-C port when nearly all new devices besides Apple are now using USB-C for charging.Overall, this is a good buy. I have not put it through fully through its paces, such as how long it lasts before needing to be recharged, what is the largest device it will power, etc. But I am sure it will fulfill my needs. (Recharging mobile devices, Internet gateway/modem, LCD TV, and Fire Stick, etc.)It's much cheaper than Goal Zero and Yeti, while delivering the same power capabilities. Buy this one. YMMVI bought this little generator with the sole purpose of keeping my CPAP running during a power outage. I recently tested it overnight and found no issues. It kept my CPAP running for a full 8 hours and used about 40% of it's charge which would easily give me two nights of use if needed. I didn't use it to charge my phone or anything else so that would obviously change the power use. So, unless some sort of device failure occurs I see this little generator being perfect for my future needs.This is helpful to have for camping I can charge my phones, iPad, laptop and portable air cooler. The only thing it has trouble with is my scooter. But I have not had any problems powering anything else. Highly recommend.This compact and lightweight prymax unit was recently purchased to be used with my photography lighting and miscellaneous electronics. This small unit can power all the equipment that would be needed for a senior photo fall shooting session where no electricity outlets are available.The battery in this unit charges up within a very reasonable amount of time for its size and capacity. The power meter is a feature that I have not seen listed on other similar portable power stations on Amazon. I uploaded a photo to this review that shows the blinking battery status bar. This lcd shows how much battery is remaining to use or to charge with the voltage used or providing with the power meter function. I also purchased a solar panel from another amazon listing and I was pleased that it both connects and charges this portable power station.The unit has solid and small profile with an easy to hold handle for carrying to and from my car to the photography location. The power station can also be used as a small weight when attached to the bottom of one of my photography tripods. There is a 2 year manufacturers warranty and their customer support does return email within the same week.
