Bought this for my boyfriend last Christmas. He used it for when he needed to shovel and said it kept him toasty. He gets cold easily and thought this was the greatest thing.Ordered for my dad for Christmas and went with the size chart and measurements. Still too small. Fits me though, so I kept it and had to go with a totally different vest for him. Heating elements worked great and it's a nice neutral vest to go with anything. My dad would say a chest pocket would be nice!The jacket is comfortable. Heating is good. The only problem is the USB connection is in outer pocket. In winter at times you keeps hands in outer pocket but due to battery one cannot use the pocket. If it was in inner pocket it might be more user friendly. The front zip is of average quality. I wonder if it would last for longer time.I’ve had this about a month and used it 10+ times. This is a good heated vest for the money construction is good zips all the way up. High collar around the neck to keep in that heat or you can keep it slightly zipped down so that the collar doesn’t press against the neck (it restricts neck movement a little bit when fully zipped up, especially when looking down).Although I typically take a large T-shirt (42”) I ended up buying the medium size vest as I planned to wear it on top of a shirt & undershirt and under a sweatshirt or jacket. The medium works well for me but if my waist was over 34” it would probably be too small.Think the vest construction is good and the plug-in for the battery pack it’s in the left pocket - they give instructions on the specs for a battery pack and I’ve used it with lower powered ones and it’s fine, including the one we had lying around to charge cell phones.Loved this vest just a little tight in stomach for my husband - zipped but tight only in stomachSleek looking vest but doesn’t work
