I expected top quality when paying such a high price for peripherals, but unfortunately, that’s not the case with my Razer products.Starting with the pros, the build quality is decent—no complaints there. However, the cons outweigh this. First, the software is unreliable: it glitches, struggles to detect my devices sometimes, has a non-intuitive interface, and offers limited configuration options. I tried setting different profiles for various games, but it doesn’t seem to work.As for the mouse, while not terrible, it has too many issues for its price. The scroll wheel sometimes stops working, requiring a restart. Connectivity is inconsistent, and overall, it feels like an overpriced product that doesn’t justify its cost.The worst part is the charging dock. At £80, it’s poorly designed, with Synapse configurations failing to work correctly. Worse, you can't turn off the RGB lighting when charging the mouse with the PC off. Neither the mouse nor the dock is worth the price IMHO.
