Okay. We received two of these and opened one to see how it works. Easy enough to open package, unwind the connecting cable and connect the charging pad to the outlet.Following the instructions we carefully placed our iPhone 6+ on top of the charger. We noticed the charger flashing blue as described in the instructions but... the flashing blue light never stopped flashing. We checked our phone and noticed that it wasn’t being charged. Perplexed, we next tried our Kindle and it too wasn’t being charged.After discovering these two items were not recognized by our new charging pad I reached out to Gabba Goods Customer Service. Super FAST reply to my email but that’s about all I can say. The representative recognized the problem and replied with a response of ‘it doesn’t work with Kindles or older iPhone models’. Okay, I’m thinking I must’ve missed something in the description online. Doesn’t work with Kindles???? Doesn’t work with iPhones!?!?!?They are not apologetic about this.Buyer beware.Please do not purchase this unit. Possible fire hazard!!!See pictures, the unit started melting in the middle of the night. Could have burned the house down.Can not describe how upset I am with this product. Did not purchase on amazon, however I did want to let everyone know.Constantly keeps flashing a blue light but never charges.Product does not seem to work. It comes with the charge pad and the wire only. No charge cube. I first plugged it into my multi port usb charge station, placed my iPhone X on top with the case on, charged for about 10 seconds then stopped charging. I kept trying. Didn’t work. I then took the case off, plugged it into the standard iPhone charge cube, does the same thing. Like the other review(s) I didn’t get the device from Amazon but Amazon probably should not sell this faulty item so other consumers don’t waste their time and money.No work.... tried USB in computer & separate charger - no luck. Charging light does turn blue to let you know it's "working," but phone doesn't indicate charging.This product is a piece of crap. I’m so disappointed. Please be aware, it works for one day. After that it’s a piece of junk. It just flashes a blue light over and over again. Now I use it as a cup holster. That’s what it should be honestly. It’s a cool looking cup holster.using standard charging block it will switch from charging to not charging every 4 or so seconds. I purchased a few QC 3.0 charging blocks and it does the same thing but over the course of 2 hours it charged 1%. phone was in airplane mode. Absolute trash.
