Visually the chair is stunning and the neck rest is incredibly comfortable. However, for the price there are some substantial setbacks.-the upper back MASSAGER CANNOT BE FELT. I’m not sure if this will fix over time when the padding of the chair gets broken in but all my clients can only feel the lumbar massage. Only one client, a 6’2” 250lb male could, had enough weight “mildly” feel the top one.-the FOOT REST can only go up automatically and the motor doesn’t sound like it’s going to last. It hasn’t broken but on some clients that are taller or heavier it sounds like it’s struggling. Making it VERY LOUD for a shampoo room. If it does eventually break there is no way to lift the legs manually. And if people are tall the footrest is to short.-massage functions cannot be controlled independently. The butt area of the chair vibrates when the back rollers start if your client doesn’t like it you can’t turn on one with out the other. You can turn the butt off after you start it but then if you change settings the butt vibrations turn back on.-you basically CANNOT RETURN the chair. After I set up the chair I was not happy and tried to return it. You have to pay shipping to return and it’s considered freight so to ship back I got a quote for$800 from some random shady company but it would not get back before the time you are eligible to return. And if I returned using the same company (fedex) it was going to cost $1200. On top of that the restocking fee for this chair it was $225. So to return it would cost me $1425 essentially not worth it.If I could go back there are things I would change. 1- something where there is a long warranty in case the foot rest breaks OR has a way to bypass the motor and raise it manually.2- get the chair that has the detachable massager. It’s a hassle to ask your clients what setting they like or they want to turn it off.It’s a nice chair just for the price there are set backs that in my opinion are deal breakers.
